Our standard RO membrane achieves 0.0001 μm filtration accuracy. It effectively removes heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, organics and most dissolved solids from tap water.
TDS reflects total dissolved solids in water. Standard RO systems reduce most dissolved minerals. Our mineral‑enhanced models add beneficial trace elements after RO filtration to retain proper mineral content for drinking.
Filter lifespan depends on local raw‑water quality and daily water usage.

Our zero‑stagnant‑water design adopts an internal circulating flushing system. Purified water circulates back to automatically rinse the RO membrane, reduce bacterial growth from standing water, and deliver fresh water at any time.
Yes. Our water purifiers use UV‑C circulating sterilization. UV works on the water pathway to inhibit microbial reproduction and keep the inner water clean. UV does not alter water chemistry.
Working inlet water pressure: 0.1‑0.4 MPa. If household water pressure is too low, you should use an external booster pump. If household water pressure is too high, use a pressure‑reducing valve.
The shower filter greatly reduces residual chlorine, sediment, and some heavy metals. It can minimize limescale‑related issues.
Minor dripping shortly after shutdown is normal due to residual internal water pressure. Continuous dripping indicates a fitting or seal problem; please check the connections.
Standard household RO units are designed for municipal tap water. Not suitable for seawater or extremely high‑TDS well water without pre‑treatment.
Normally, the RO purifier operates within a sound range of 45 to 55 dB. When water pressure is abnormal, the booster pump may operate at a higher noise level.

Calux RO systems and filter cartridges pass CE, RoHS, and NSF‑related testing. Selected models carry IAPMO / WQA validation. All units go through water‑hammer, burst‑pressure, heavy‑metal and microbiological testing before leaving the factory.
Yes. We can share official certification documents, test reports, and batch‑wise quality records upon request. For OEM/ODM private‑label projects, we provide existing certificates for our base models.
Existing Calux certifications apply to our hardware. When you use your private label, we supply test reports for the product itself. If region‑specific third‑party certification under your brand name is required, our team supports the whole testing process.
Besides testing in our CNAS laboratory, we regularly cooperate with well‑known third‑party labs such as SGS and CTI for external verification, covering material safety, contaminant reduction performance, and electrical safety.
Our core products meet general market‑access requirements. For region‑specific standards (WRAS, ACS, local Indian standards, etc.), we evaluate each target market and adjust testing accordingly for your project.
